Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or devices — is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

If you've forgotten your login credentials, use the password reset option on the login page rather than creating a new account.

Some basic details like your display name and contact preferences can be updated directly from your Account Settings page after logging in. However, core identity information — full legal name, date of birth, and ID details — cannot be changed without contacting support, as these are tied to your KYC verification.

Deposits & Funding

lodislot supports the following deposit methods for Filipino players:

  • Debit Card: Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Philippine banks

All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). lodislot does not accept credit cards for gambling deposits, in compliance with current Philippine regulations.

The minimum deposit on lodislot is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya. For bank transfers, the minimum is ₱500 due to processing fees charged by banks. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional verification checks as required by PAGCOR anti-money laundering guidelines.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your lodislot account almost instantly — usually within 1 to 5 minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule:

  • InstaPay transfers: typically within 30 minutes
  • PESONet transfers: same business day if sent before the cut-off time, otherwise next business day

If your deposit hasn't reflected after 30 minutes for e-wallets or 2 business days for bank transfers, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

lodislot does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — for example, GCash charges a small fee for certain transfer types. We recommend checking with your payment provider before depositing to avoid surprises.

Withdrawals & Payouts

Log in to your lodislot account and go to the Cashier section. Select "Withdraw," choose your preferred payout method (GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals can only be sent to accounts registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

Make sure your KYC verification is complete before requesting a withdrawal. Unverified accounts cannot process payouts.

Processing times vary by method:

  • GCash / PayMaya: 1–3 hours after approval
  • Bank Transfer (InstaPay): 1–6 hours after approval
  • Bank Transfer (PESONet): 1–3 business days

  • Bank Transfer: up to ₱200,000 per transaction

A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) means you must bet a total amount equal to the bonus multiplied by the wagering factor before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

For example: if you receive a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of ₱10,000 in bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Different games may contribute differently to wagering — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less.
